Shannon Cantrell is the CEO of the Livingston-Overton County Chamber of Commerce.

In addition to earning her BS in business management and psychology from Tennessee Technological University, Cantrell also graduated from the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce Executives Institute in October 2021 and received her Tennessee Economic Developer Certification in 2023. She is the director of Main Street Livingston, the Vice Chair on the executive board of the Upper Cumberland Tourism Association, President of the Overton County Industrial Authority, and is a member of the Downtown Revitalization Committee, Anti-Drug Coalition Board, Joint Economic Community Development Committee and several other nonprofit organizations.

Gene Gantt is CEO of Eventa LLC, a Livingston based healthcare company. He is Chairman of the Livingston Downtown Redevelopment Committee. 

Jennifer Ledbetter is the controller at the Livingston Regional Hospital. She earned her BA in Accounting from Tennessee Tech and her MA in Accounting from the University of the Cumberlands. She and her husband Shawn are lifelong residents of Livingston. They have our four kids who keep them very busy with organized sports, dancing and archery.

Darren Oliver is the owner of Overton County News, a division of Oliver Media, LLC. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee in 1992, Oliver moved back to his hometown of Livingston to work with his dad in the family business of news, advertising and marketing, graphic design, and custom printing. Oliver’s concentration in college was in graphic design and photography. Being around family, friends, and Dale Hollow Lake and staying involved in the community has always been very important to him.

Tim Richardson is the founder and chairman of Enliven, LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in negotiating beverage partnerships between top global beverage companies and corporations in the hospital, restaurant, hospitality and airport sectors. He received his BA and MA degrees in English from the University of Georgia. After spending thirty-one years in Nashville, Tim and his wife Rita are now enjoying semi-retirement in Livingston, Tennessee.

Livingston native Zach Stephens is Principal of ZDStephens Company. An alumnus of Livingston Academy and Tennessee Tech University, he has built a career in political consulting and public relations, serving various organizations including political campaigns, associations, and corporations. His previous service on the OCAC Community Arts Board reflects his ongoing commitment to fostering a vibrant arts community in Overton County.

Mitchell White is a native of Livingston, Tennessee. He earned his BS in Art Education at Tennessee Technological University, with a focus in painting. He is an art instructor at Cookeville High School in Cookeville, Tennessee, where he also serves as the chairman of the department of fine arts.

Evan Wright is an attorney practicing in Livingston, Tennessee, and the surrounding area. He founded Wright & Wright, LLP with his wife and fellow attorney, Emily Wright. Evan’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation and local government. By way of his practice, and his relationships across the region and state, Evan stays engaged with the community and involved with numerous efforts to grow and enhance the quality of life in the region that he now serves and has always lived.
